Since 2013, we have participated in 100’s of local events throughout VT and NH

Our Story

The Lazy Cow was started in 2013 by 16-year-old Ashley Sigl. As she continued the 'Cow' for the past summers, she found her passion in business. She attended Babson College and graduated in 2019. She currently works full time as a Senior Event Marketing Specialist and helps on the weekends with The Lazy Cow. The Lazy Cow often involves the help of her family, especially her younger brother Jeremy. Jeremy is now the manager and co-owner for The Lazy Cow and has taken over with a likewise passion in entrepreneurship.

Jeremy Sigl is a 2019 graduate from Kimball Union Academy and attended University of Vermont for Business. Jeremy has a passion for antique cars, just a few of his latest projects include a 1966 Ford and a 1967 Mustang. Jeremy is currently working on renovating an old estate into 12 apartments in Springfield, VT. He continuously tests his entrepreneurial mind with new ideas and concepts.

We source our ice cream from the local Wilcox Dairy in Manchester, VT. At any time, The Lazy Cow will have between 10 and 20 ice cream flavors. Along with ice cream, we also sell: shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, specialties, and swag. We attend multiple events each summer ranging from small wedding receptions, local fireworks, festivals to large scale bike races. We hope to be a part of your summer!
